making Girls' Generation the second Asian and Korean act to achieve this

This milestone comes after Girls'
Generation won the first, and only, as of yet, YouTube Video of the Year
award for their video, I Got A Boy, a colourful, dynamic video for one
of Korea's most influential songs of 2013 and one of K-Pop's biggest
selling digital singles outside of Korea with 400,000 copies sold
